HFA say goodbye to “Castleton” services users and wish them well

Hoffmann is very sad to report that we recently said “Goodbye” to five people living at Castleton Avenue in Wembley

All five people have now moved on to a new Care Service and we wish them all the very best.

In celebration of this new chapter in their lives, Staff at Castleton Avenue held a party so that everyone in the organisation along with friends and families could say goodbye and wish them good luck on their new endeavours in life.  We all have special memories that will forever be etched in our minds and some of these include, birthday celebrations, activities both in the care setting and out in the community, fabulous holidays, college attendance and work experience.

It goes without saying that each individual will be sorely missed by those who cared for them on a daily basis and we are all assured that they will go on to create more wonderful memories as they transition on to the next phase in their lives.
